Jeff Carr. Writer: Covenant. Jeff Carr is a writer and producer known for his work on the mob-documentary, "The Perfect Gangster" (2016) and horror film, "Covenant"(2017), which co-stars his daughters, Anna and Kameryn. In 2009, Jeff worked as an extra in the Jason Reitman film, "Up in the Air," starring George Clooney, Anna Kendrick and Vera Farmiga.
