George Kapp

As the Mystery Guest in the King of Comedy, George Kapp was introduced as DeNiro's character's High School Chemistry Teacher. In fact, George Kapp was a Chemistry Teacher at the James Madison High School in Brooklyn. He was well liked and on at least occasion was voted Teacher of the Year, either for NYC or Scince Teacher of the Year.
