Donaldo Prescod. Writer: Black People Are Dangerous. Donaldo Prescod is a Panamanian American born in Boston, Mass. Immediately after birth he quickly moved to Germany for five years, then back to Boston, then over to California. He now resides in New York City. Before attending the film program at SFSU Donaldo rented out the Osio Cinema in Monterey, California to premiere his blaxsploitation film Black Thunder: America's Most Hated Crime Fighter....
