Debbie Fan

Debbie Fan is a Chinese-American actress born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. She resides in Los Angeles, where in addition to acting, she is active in the dog rescue community as a volunteer with Los Angeles Animal Services since 2005 and a volunteer/board member of Downtown Dog Rescue since 2009.
