David Neil Cohen. Actor: Copycat Killers. David Neil Cohen was born on March 28, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Towson State University in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration. He got his start after attending a casting call for "House of Cards" in 2013. Since then, he has appeared in over 100 TV Shows, Industrials, Commercials, Music Videos and Movies. He became SAG Eligible in 2019.
