Carl Tart

Carl Tart is an actor and writer, known for Grand Crew (2021), Saturday Night Live (1975) and Mad TV (1995). He was born in Pascagoula, MS and resides in Los Angeles, CA. He is regular performer at the Upright Citizen's Brigade theater in LA where he is active in Sketch and Improv.
