Billy Carter plays Connor Boyle in the acclaimed MGM+ comedy-drama series American Classic opposite Kevin Kline and Laura Linney. He also starred as Walter Winchell in HBO's The Plot Against America, created by David Simon. Best known for his portrayal of Thomas Andrews in the 12 part mini-series Titanic: Blood and Steel opposite Derek Jacobi. Born in Northern Ireland.
