Amanda Cariato. Actress: JouleThief. Amanda Cariato was born and raised in Northern California and moved to Los Angeles after graduating from California State University, Fullerton to pursue a career in television and film. Amanda has a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in acting from CSUF and completed the four levels of improv training at Upright Citizens Brigade in LA.
