Alex Shimizu. Actor: The Blacklist. Alex Shimizu began performing with the National Dance Institute in 4th grade at Hunter College Elementary School and was mentored by Jacques d'Amboise. Alongside Jacques, he was featured on the CBS Evening News and NPR with guest host, Christopher Walken.
