Hwansangui keopeul (2006)

A cash-strapped plumber finds himself acting as a "single father" when he takes in his orphaned nephews. He obtains a housekeeper/nanny after he convinces a self-centered heiress, who suffers from amnesia, that she is his girlfriend.
