Die glückliche Mutter (1928)

This was basically a home movie shot by Rudolf Sieber featuring his wife, Marlene Dietrich, and their daughter, Maria Riva, shortly after Maria's birth in 1924. The film was released as a short-subject in Germany in late 1928.
