Yera Constable. Actress: Chicago P.D.. An Indiana native, Yera went to Ball State University to study theater and film. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications with an emphasis in Video Production. In addition to acting, she is a video editor and enjoys making original music. Yera is of Indian, Black, and White descent.
