William J. Phillips. Actor: Supernatural. Moved to the West Coast in the early 90's. Studied painting, drawing and design at the University of British Columbia and Emily Carr College of Art. Staged musical performances in a collective known as Sylo. Developing independent film projects from beginning to end while working in the television and film industry.
