Tapani Ilkka

Tapani Ilkka. Self: Levyraati. A Finnish athlete and a heavyweight in sports leadership. He was the chairman of the Finnish Athletics Federation (SUL) and the Finnish Olympic Committee. He was given the title of honor of a professor for his achievements in 2006. As an athlete he competed in 400 m hurdles winning national medals, also as a part of his relay team.
