Shirley Lopez

Shirley Lopez. Actress: Schlitz Playhouse. Trained and toured with Carmelita Maracci. Worked with choreographers George Balanchine, Gene Kelly, Michael Kid, and Frederick Ashton. Lopez was an associate choreographer for Charles Chaplin in his film work. Retired from movie work after her marriage, but taught ballet and modern dance in Westport, CT for many years until her death.
