Serban Celea is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on June 10, 1952 in Bucuresti, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1974.In 1973, he plays first role in the movie Bufetul 'La Senat'.
