Ramani Leah. Casting Director: Criminal Minds. Ramani has been in casting for over a decade. The bulk of her career has been in television, while also working on a few studio and award-winning independent films. She is on the CSA Training & Education committee and is also the co-founder of the casting director led-company The Casting Directors Cut.
