Phil Arthur

Phil Arthur was born on 30 November 1916 in Plattsburgh, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for Lights Out (1946), The Clock (1949) and The Goldbergs (1949). He was previously married to Paula Houston. He died on 14 November 2004.
