Richard's editorial approach is grounded in story, structure, and tone. His passion for problem-solving is surpassed only by his steady hand and cool head.His career began as a runner on a network comedy, where he quickly became captivated by how editors could shape actors’ performances while executing "the final rewrite." Soon after, he moved into assistant editing and was soon flying solo, collaborating with leading directors and showrunners on series and pilots.With a resume spanning independent features to sitcoms, Richard moves seamlessly between genres, drawing on a broad toolkit of narrative skills and a strong passion for new challenges.
