Paul Louyet

Paul Louyet was born in Antwerpen - Berchem, Belgium 24 June 1922. He died in Ibiza, Spain on 2 March 2006. He became in 1948 Master in political and administrative sciences at the Université Libre Bruxelles, Belgium. From 1947 on, he was Dutch speaking announcer at the Belgian radio.
