Michael L. Suan. Director: The Pride. Michael is a Chinese-Canadian filmmaker who's originally from Shanghai. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin, and likes to work on projects that help bridge both Eastern and Western Culture. He's a big fan of stoic cinema with minimal dialogue and is heavily influenced by the European art-house romances of the 50s and 60s.
