Louis Troche. Additional Crew: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Lou is a graduate of the Bachelor's Degree Theatre Program at the University of West Florida, the Film Bachelor's and Creative Writing Master's of Fine Arts from Full Sail University.
