Lauren Sowa

Lauren Sowa. Actress: The Plot Against America. Lauren Sowa is an actor and filmmaker of English, Irish, and Polish heritage. Raised in Lancaster, PA, she attended NYU's Tisch School of the Arts for Drama. She lives in New York City where she is the Co-Founder of Form & Pressure Films, and the Co-President of Pano, a non-profit for women filmmakers.
