Julie O'Hora

Julie O'Hora directed and co-wrote the feature film, One of the Good Ones (2026). Prior to that, she directed four short films, three of which she also wrote and produced. Additionally, she wrote The Pool Boys, a feature which was internationally distributed by Sony Pictures, and stars Matthew Lillard, Rachelle Lefevre and Tom Arnold.Sliding fluidly along the scale between comedy and drama, Julie's benchmark is raw honesty. She works with universal themes, often with characters yearning to be their favorite version of themselves in a circumstance where that version isn't acceptable.Julie is a true "actor's director," and believes in giving talent room to explore.
