Jimmie Julion. Director: Freya. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Jimmie has had quite an interesting life. After graduating from West Jefferson High School in Harvey, Louisiana, Jimmie accepted an academic scholarship to the historically black college, Grambling State University.
