Jess Walsh. Cinematographer: Out of Time. Jess Walsh is an award-winning Pittsburgh-based cinematographer. Her most recent production, Out of Time, which she wrote, shot, and produced, was selected to be taken to Point Park University's LA Showcase, held at the Director's Guild of America in May of 2014.
