Janet Greek

Janet Greek has worked as a writer and director in Hollywood for over 25 years. After experiencing two disastrous divorces herself and watching many smart, capable women lose everything in their own divorces, she began talking to women about what happened and why. Gradually, she developed a set of guidelines for divorce that became the concept for her first book, The Divorce Planner: Self-Defense for Women When They Need It Most. She speaks to women's groups and divides her time between Los Angeles and Southern Oregon, where she lives with her daughter and an ever-expanding menagerie of animals.
