Ismenia Mendes. Actress: Evil. Ismenia Mendes was born in Porto, Portugal. She emigrated with her parents from Portugal to the United States at a young age. She has dual citizenship (US and Portugal) and speaks English and Portuguese fluently. At age eighteen, Ismenia attended The Juilliard School for Drama in New York City where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts.
