Colter Harkins. Actor: Ralphie. Colter Harkins started acting at a young age thanks to a Missoula Children's Theater production of "Beauty Lou and the Country Beast." He quickly found his stride, performing in over 20 musicals through middle and high school, in addition to working on set production and stage management.
