Carter Taylor

Carter Taylor. Actor: Miracle Boy. Carter Taylor was born in Charleston, West Virginia. He attended Ripley High School and West Virginia University. He has a strong interest in agriculture and farming and plans to attend Vet School. At age 10 he was invited to play the Miracle Boy in the acclaimed independent film by Jake Mahaffy, Miracle Boy.
