Carlos Zelaya

Carlos Zelaya. Producer: Police Chicks: Life on the Beat. Carlos Zelaya is an award winning writer, director, music composer, and actor. He has helped produce various projects and enjoys helping others produce passion projects as well as working behind the scenes as an editor. Some of his notable works are Police Chicks (2011) and Thrown Together (2021). His feature film debut, "The Wedding Dance", is in pre-production.
