Brad Frank. Self: The Con of Wrath. Born 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lived in Houston, Texas from 1981 - 2004; Tulsa 2004 - present. Has been involved with various science fiction fan clubs and conventions. Ran a sci-fi book store in the early 1990s. Best known as a James Bond / 007 / Ian Fleming collector and scholar. Board Member of The Ian Fleming Foundation.
