The Patton Brothers. Self: Top of the Bill. The Patton Brothers are Jimmy and Brian Elliott, and they are the older brothers of the Chuckle Brothers. Jimmy is the eldest; he was born on the 20th August 1931. Brian was born on the 4th September 1934. As the Patton Brothers, Brian and Jimmy did a double act as comedians and energetic tap dancers.
