Shawn McBee. Art Department: Red Notice. Shawn McBee is a Graphic Designer/Artist based in Atlanta Georgia. He got his start in the industry replicating props for fun and parlayed it into professional work in the Film and Television industry with his first project, the ABC Studios pilot for "Quantico," where he designed materials for set decoration, pre-visualizations, props, and reference materials.
