Roger Clarke. Writer: Proust's Favorite Fantasy. Born Southampton in 1963. Writer of A Natural History of Ghosts (Penguin) (2012) Story of the Scene (Bloomsbury) (2009) and the libretto for The Man Who Strode the Wind (English National Opera) (1993) with Bruce Chatwin. Short stories published in the Pan and Fontana Books of Horror Stories in the mid-80's. Former film critic and columnist for the Independent newspaper.
