Peter Tran. Producer: Two Minutes to Midnight. A son of two Vietnamese refugees, Peter Tran was born in Fountain Valley, CA in 1991. He went to Irvine Valley College before transferring to the University of Southern California in 2012, where he studied film production at the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
