Paul Moon. Actor: The Tick. Paul Moon was born on May 26, 1989 in Orlando, Florida as Paul Matthew Moon. He graduated from Culver Military Academy in 2007 and The Ohio State University in 2011 with a B.A. in Theatre. He occasionally writes for The New York Times as well. He resides in New York, New York.
