Neil Cirucci. Producer: Go Go Dancer. Neil Cirucci was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa and has been a manager and publicist in the entertainment industry since 1989. Since 1992 Neil has been the personal manager and publicist for actress Cindy Margolis. Cirucci has produced both pay per view TV events and network shows, as well. In Spring of 2017 Cirucci is self publishing a book titled No Brag Just Fact....
