Born in Melbourne, VIC, Australia, Merwan grew up in the hinterland of the sunshine coast in QLD. After finishing high school Merwan studied at the Flinders Drama center in Adelaide Australia. Merwan has been in movies and theatre both in Australia and the USA. Aside from acting Merwan is an accomplished musician, singer/songwriter.
