Luther Hoobyar

Son of a grape farmer, he and his family settled in Turlock. Ca, in 1910 after emigrating from Persia. Known for his operatic voice and love of family, he was cast mostly, as the villain in early Hollywood. Among some of his closest friends were Randolph Scott, Mario Lanza and Ezio Pinza.
