Luis Antonio Cruz Jr is an American Puerto Rican Actor Born September 21, 1974 in New York City, New York. He was raised in Brooklyn, New York in the Sheepshead Bay Area until the age of 16 when he and his family moved to Tampa, Florida. Luis now lives in Omaha Nebraska.
