Kate Sancer. Actress: Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty. Kate Sancer is a native Angeleno. In addition to studying under Yale School of Drama graduates, she has a background in improv. She spent many years training and performing under the direction of one of the founding members of The Groundlings. She has performed at The Ice House and Laugh Factory.
