Jovan Tyler-Graham. Actor: Blue Bloods. Jovan Tyler-Graham is an actor known for his work on Blue Bloods, The Last OG, and The Deuce. A Brooklyn native, his acting journey first began in middle school, continuing into high school at Uncommon Charter High School. He went on to obtain his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Performance from SUNY Purchase.
