Jon Spaihts is an American screenwriter and author. He has written the films Dune starring Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya, Doctor Strange starring Benedict Cumberbatch, The Mummy starring Tom Cruise and Sofia Boutella, Passengers starring Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt, Prometheus starring Michael Fassbender and The Darkest Hour. He is married to Johanna Watts.
