Grant Garland. Actor: Hand of Art. Grant was born at Fort Bragg, N.C. and moved with his parents to South Carolina when he was very young. He always wanted to be a meteorologist since 3rd grade and eventually made that dream come true. Grant has a meteorology degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
