Giovanni Antonio Rincón. Actor: The Resident. Giovanni Antonio Rincón was born in Glendale, CA and raised in Colombia, South America. He is of Hispanic-Romanian descent and fluent in both English and Spanish; the first of his family to pursue an acting career.
