Constant Bernard. Actor: Makinium. Constant is a bilingual actor, director and singer based out of Toronto. A Franco-Ontarian at heart, he holds a degree in Theatre from the University of Ottawa as well as a Music Theatre Performance Degree from Sheridan College.
