Charlotte Knowles is an award-winning producer and executive with a deep commitment to storytelling that challenges, entertains, and inspires. With over two decades of experience across film, television, and immersive media, her work has screened on the BBC, ITN, Arte, and at major festivals including Cannes Marché du Film, DOC NYC, HotDocs. Her credits include the BAFTA Scotland and BIFA-nominated Rebel Dykes, The Medallion (winner at Clermont-Ferrand), and Palestine Comedy Club, which has been invited into official selection at SXSW London as the launch of its international festival run in 2025. Charlotte's achievements as a champion for greater diversity during her award-winning term as CEO of the Independent Film Trust have been covered by UK and US press. She is the founder of Tough Crowd Films and the CreativeHQ app, the business development tool and finance platform for creative media producers.
