Charlie Phoenix. Producer: Strange Events 2. Charlie Phoenix was born in Los Angeles, California. She began working in entertainment as an assistant stage manager for a small theater in Hollywood. She went on to work for various documentary and reality television programs as a producer and post production supervisor. She now works as a writer and producer.
