Chan-Peng Chang

Younger brother of Hong Kong martial arts star Alexander Fu Sheng. Was riding with Wong Yu in a Honda Civic that was behind the Porsche 911 which Fu Sheng and their older brother, Chang Zheng Sheng, who was the driver of the Porsche 911 on July 7, 1983. The car crashed into a concrete wall and Fu Sheng at 28 died of from his serious injuries.
